• A 200 hectare (490 acre) public country park around the River Loddon, creating the largest country park in the Borough and one of the largest in southern England.
• Expansion of the Thames Valley Science Park (TVSP) to provide new employment opportunities linked to areas of excellence at the 伊人直播app. 
• Delivery of three neighbourhood centres with retail (including food stores), leisure, indoor and outdoor sports, and cultural and healthcare facilities.
• Two new primary schools and one new secondary school.
• New food-growing, play and sports areas.
• Opportunities for self-build plots for residents to design and build their own homes.
• Specialist accommodation, including for older people.
• A new link over the M4 motorway to Lower Earley Way including an additional lane added to Lower Earley Way, a new link to Hatch Farm way, and improvements to other neighbouring roads.
• Delivery of a significant network of new pedestrian and cycleway routes.
• Introduction of new regular bus services to deliver connections to the neighbouring areas. 

Consultation on the draft Local Plan Update previously took place between November 2021 and January 2022 with further consultation undertaken in late 2024. The Local Plan was submitted for examination in February 2025.

We’d like to work with you to shape a vision which reflects the values of the 伊人直播app, informing outline applications which will be submitted to Wokingham Borough Council later in the year.

Our consultation is being held to:

• listen to what you have to say about our involvement in the Loddon Garden Village
• explain some of the core principles that are driving our involvement in the project
• give you some more background information about the proposals and our aspirations
• understand which areas of our proposals are of importance to you so we can reflect these ideas.
