University Mental Health Day is a chance to raise awareness of the importance of taking care of ourselves and each other.
At the 伊人直播app, we prioritise the mental health and wellbeing of all students. We understand that life as a University student can be challenging, it's understandable you can feel overwhelmed at times, without all the additional stressors that navigating life can bring. It's important to listen to how you are feeling and support your own individual needs.
